Privacy policy

Ad Spec Sheet (adspecsheet.com) is a reference site run by Thomas Leeming. This page explains what we collect and why. Plain language, no legalese padding.

What this site does

We publish dated ad specs for Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn, plus small tools and a blog. The site is static HTML served from a Cloudflare Worker.

Enquiry form

If you use the audit enquiry form on the About page, we collect the name, email, website, monthly ad spend band and message you send. The form also records a rough country from Cloudflare's request metadata (not precise location) and runs a honeypot field to block obvious bots.

Submissions are emailed to rightaboutnothing@gmail.com via Cloudflare Email Routing / Workers send_email, from enquiry@adspecsheet.com. We use that email only to reply about your enquiry or related audit work. We do not sell or rent enquiry data.

If you want an enquiry deleted, email rightaboutnothing@gmail.com from the address you used and ask.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers and DNS). Cloudflare may process standard web request data (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamps) under their own privacy policy to deliver the site and protect against abuse. We do not run a separate analytics product on top of that.

Cookies and trackers

We do not set advertising cookies and we do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar trackers. The character counter and aspect ratio checker run entirely in your browser. If you open third-party links (for example Google, TikTok, LinkedIn help pages, Pexels, or affiliate partners listed on Recommended), those sites have their own policies.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links. Following them does not send your enquiry form data to those partners. See the disclosure on the About and Recommended pages.
